Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. milk
- wide egg noodles
Method
- Cut steak into bite size pieces.
- Brown slowly in margarine. Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings.
- Simmer until tender.
- When tender, add cream cheese (cut cheese into cubes to melt more quickly).
- Add milk and stir until cheese is completely melted. Serve over noodles.
