Ingredients
- 2 c. meat, cubed (roast or possibly stew beef)
- 1/2 c. cooked or possibly canned peas
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 2 slices onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. meat broth
Method
- Cook onion and celery in fat till tender (not brown).
- Add in flour, blend; then add in broth in that meat was cooked, stirring till smooth.
- Add in meat and peas.
- Heat and pour into a shallow baking dish.
- Cover with tiny biscuits.
- Brown in oven.
- This is a very tasty dish in that left overs are used.
