Ingredients

  • 2 c. meat, cubed (roast or possibly stew beef)
  • 1/2 c. cooked or possibly canned peas
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 2 slices onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. meat broth

Method

  • Cook onion and celery in fat till tender (not brown).
  • Add in flour, blend; then add in broth in that meat was cooked, stirring till smooth.
  • Add in meat and peas.
  • Heat and pour into a shallow baking dish.
  • Cover with tiny biscuits.
  • Brown in oven.
  • This is a very tasty dish in that left overs are used.
