Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add bell pepper and onion and cook until tender.
- Add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Melt and serve with garlic bread.
