Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Bama preserves, chilled

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of mixture into ungreased muffin cups.
  • Press in firmly.
  • Beat cheese and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fill crumb-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
