Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
  • 1 c. corn, drained
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft Natural shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • shredded lettuce and tomatoes for topping

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Brown beef.
  • Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
  • Layer 1/2 of each meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Repeat layers and top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
