Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
- 1 c. corn, drained
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
- 2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft Natural shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- shredded lettuce and tomatoes for topping
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Brown beef.
- Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
- Layer 1/2 of each meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole dish.
- Repeat layers and top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
- Makes 6 servings.
