Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef, diced in serving size
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. sherry wine (not cooking wine)
- 3/4 to 1 lb. mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Use a good cut of beef (not stew meat).
- Dice and mix with remaining ingredients in covered casserole.
- Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325° to 350°.
- Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
