Ingredients

  • 2 cups honey-flavored multi-grain cereal flakes with vanilla-flavored clusters
  • 2/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1-1/2 lb. peeled and deveined uncooked medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Combine cereal and coconut in pie plate; set aside.
  • Beat egg and water in small bowl with wire whisk until foamy.
  • Dip shrimp, one at a time, in egg mixture, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.
  • Press coating mixture firmly onto shrimp to secure.
  • Place in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 12 to 14 min.
  • or until shrimp are cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, mix marmalade, horseradish sauce and lime juice; cover.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve with the shrimp.
