Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 grams Small shrimp
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sake

Method

  • Cut the avocado in half.
  • Remove the seed, then cut into 1 cm chunks.
  • Sprinkle half of the lemon juice on top.
  • Sprinkle the sake onto the small shrimp, dry fry in a pan, heat through, then let cool.
  • Add the avocado from Step 1 to the shrimp from Step 2, then add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Mix lightly.
  • Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and it's done!
  • It goes well with Tomato and Anchovy Pasta..
  • I always use this mayonnaise.
  • It's so creamy, it's hard to believe that it's just mayonnaise.
