Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 50 grams Small shrimp
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sake
Method
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Remove the seed, then cut into 1 cm chunks.
- Sprinkle half of the lemon juice on top.
- Sprinkle the sake onto the small shrimp, dry fry in a pan, heat through, then let cool.
- Add the avocado from Step 1 to the shrimp from Step 2, then add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix lightly.
- Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and it's done!
- It goes well with Tomato and Anchovy Pasta..
- I always use this mayonnaise.
- It's so creamy, it's hard to believe that it's just mayonnaise.
