Ingredients
- 1 beef brisket
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- meat tenderizer
- salt and pepper
Method
- Line a pan with several layers of foil.
- Trim excess fat from brisket.
- Sprinkle brisket with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper; pierce meat evenly.
