Ingredients
- 1 brisket, trimmed and thawed
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 small bottles liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Method
- Rub into meat.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning once. Rinse off meat and coat with favorite barbecue sauce.
- Bake covered with fat side up 6 hours at 275°.
