Ingredients
- desired size brisket
- 1 c. strong brewed coffee
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Method
- Trim excess fat from brisket.
- Punch holes in brisket and place in roasting pan.
- Pour coffee over brisket and add Lipton onion soup mix over brisket.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- Cook for 5 hours in 350° oven.
- When cooked, remove from oven.
- Cool and slice.
- Place in baking dish.
- Pour barbecue sauce over it and bake 1 hour.
