Ingredients
- 1 can Shoe Peg white corn
- 1 can LeSueur small sweet peas, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
Method
- Bring the last 3 ingredients to a boil and boil 1 minute. Pour over the rest of the ingredients.
- Salt and pepper to taste. It will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
