Ingredients
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 small red pepper or pimento, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine onions, garlic, sesame seed, sweet pepper and soy sauce.
- Pour over bean sprouts.
- Combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Add to bean sprout mixture.
- Mix and chill.
