Ingredients
- 1/3 cup wheat gluten (protein powder from flour)
- 1 cupkidney beans, cooked
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Soak flax seeds in water.
- Mix in and mash: beans, nutritional yeast, garlic, then add gluten and soy sauce.
- Let sit for ~15 minutes, then stir up again.
- Fry formed burgers in heated frying pan at medium heat. ~5 minutes per side.
