Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 15 to 20 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 oz. taco sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Method

  • Cream sour cream and cream cheese.
  • Add Tabasco sauce and taco sauce.
  • Stir in the beans and all but 3 tablespoons of the cheese. Put in an oven-proof serving bowl.
  • Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
