Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 15 to 20 drops Tabasco sauce
- 4 oz. taco sauce
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Cream sour cream and cream cheese.
- Add Tabasco sauce and taco sauce.
- Stir in the beans and all but 3 tablespoons of the cheese. Put in an oven-proof serving bowl.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
