Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet onion
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix all ingredients except nuts.
- Divide into 2 balls.
- Chill 30 minutes for easy handling.
- Roll each ball in chopped nuts. Serve one, freeze the other for a special time.
- Each ball serves 8.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
