- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained well
- 1 can LeSueur peas, drained well
- 1 pkg. frozen lima beans, drained well
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained well
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Method
- Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice.
- Layer 1 cup beans, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 of the water chestnuts.
- Spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture and repeat.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 or more.
