Ingredients
- 16 ounces canned black beans (drained)
- 4 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces whole kernel corn (drained)
- 12 cup sliced green onion
- 34 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, Chopped
- 34 cup mild picante sauce or 34 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Toss all ingredients together & chill.
