Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary Or possibly 1 t dry rosemary
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Dry red wine or possibly grape juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Method
- Heat oil in 1 1/2-qt saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook rosemary and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, till garlic is tender; remove from heat.
- Stir in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
