Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 qt. OPEN PIT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
  • 1-1/3 cups sweet piquante peppers, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
  • 1/4 cup ancho chile pepper powder
  • pork baby back ribs, cooked
  • 140 each mixed baby bell peppers (red and orange), grilled Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
  • 3-3/4 qt. fresh corn kernels, cooked

Method

  • Melt butter in saucepan.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce, piquante peppers and chile powder; simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  • For each serving: Place 1 lb.
  • ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/2 cup sauce.
  • Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
  • or until heated through.
  • Serve with 7 grilled peppers and 3/4 cup (4 oz.)
