Ingredients
- 4 lbs. grnd meat
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 med. onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- Sage, salt & parsley
- 8 cans tomato sauce
- 4 cans tomatoes
Method
- Cook 4 hrs (simmer).
- Add in other herbs if you like.
- Freeze in separate containers.
- Makes a large batch.
