- 3 lb. hamburg
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. barley
- 1/2 c. sweet peppers
- 1 can peas
Method
- Fry hamburg, drain off fat.
- Mix rest of ingredients together and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
