- 3 whold boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8oz. container of sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded motzerella cheese
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 6oz. jar artichoke hearts drained & halved
- Hot cooked fettuccini noodles
Method
- In 12in. skillet cook garlic in hot butter 4-5 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook 5 min., turning once.
- In medium mixing bowl stir together: chicken soup, sour cream, motzerella cheese, dry white wine. Add to skillet, cover and cook 5-7 min.
- Add artichokes to sauce, cover and cook 1-2 min.
- Serve over hot cooked noodles!
