Ingredients

  • 3 whold boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz. container of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded motzerella cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 6oz. jar artichoke hearts drained & halved
  • Hot cooked fettuccini noodles

Method

  • In 12in. skillet cook garlic in hot butter 4-5 seconds.
  • Add chicken and cook 5 min., turning once.
  • In medium mixing bowl stir together: chicken soup, sour cream, motzerella cheese, dry white wine. Add to skillet, cover and cook 5-7 min.
  • Add artichokes to sauce, cover and cook 1-2 min.
  • Serve over hot cooked noodles!
