Ingredients
- 5-6 pound brisket
- 3 ounce. liquid smoke
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt (sparingly)
- Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Marinate brisket with all ingredients.
- Bake 5 hrs at 275 degrees with foil over meat.
- Uncover and pour 6 oz barbeque sauce over meat.
- Cook another hour without foil.
- Remove fat and throw away.
- Make gravy with pan drippings.
