- 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut up
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut up
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Place meat in 3-quart casserole.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cook at 350° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
- Mash and serve on buns.
