Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Hi Ho crackers (about 32 crackers)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 (4 oz. size) pkg. Blue cheese
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, grated
- garlic salt to taste
Method
- Mix everything but meat; let stand to soften.
- Mix in meat. Roll into small balls.
- Broil in oven 5 to 8 minutes, using a large cookie sheet.
- To barbecue, place meat balls in crock-pot. Add enough sauce (one large bottle of barbecue sauce) to cover.
