Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Hi Ho crackers (about 32 crackers)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 (4 oz. size) pkg. Blue cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • garlic salt to taste

Method

  • Mix everything but meat; let stand to soften.
  • Mix in meat. Roll into small balls.
  • Broil in oven 5 to 8 minutes, using a large cookie sheet.
  • To barbecue, place meat balls in crock-pot. Add enough sauce (one large bottle of barbecue sauce) to cover.
