- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed onion soup
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up
Method
- Prepare marinade.
- In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat all ingredients, except chicken, to boiling.
- Arrange chicken in two 12 x 8-inch baking dishes.
- Pour marinade over chicken. Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
