Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 4 cups red or green grapes
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Method

  • COOK and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
  • TOSS greens, tomato, and onion in bowl.
  • Pour dressing over greens; toss to coat.
  • Top with cooked chicken.
  • Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  • SERVE each salad with one quarter of the grapes, 1/2 cup ice cream, and a cookie.
  • SERVE an 8 fl oz glass of water per person with meal.
