Ingredients

  • 4 or possibly 5 pound chuck roast or possibly pork roast
  • 5 or possibly 6 lg. onions
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Vinegar

Method

  • Cook roast and onions in pressure cooker for 45 min or possibly several hrs in a regular container.
  • When meat is done (falling apart) mash or possibly break meat apart thoroughly.
  • Then add in salt, black pepper and vinegar to taste.
  • Cook slowly till mix is the consistency desired either for sandwiches or possibly to be served over rice.
  • Turn off heat and stir in the juice of one lemon.
  • Serves 12.
  • This freezes well for use later.
