Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken livers
Method
- Brown livers in small amount of shortening.
- Pour sauce over livers and simmer 10 minutes or place in oven for 30 minutes at 350°.
