Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 8 ounce. apricot preserves
- 1 bottle Russian dressing
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Mix together the last 3 ingredients.
- Place chicken in casserole and pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook, covered at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Serve over white rice.
- MICROWAVE VERSION: Place chicken in microwave-safe casserole with the thickest pcs of chicken facing the outside of the dish.
- Combine last 3 ingredients for sauce, and pour over chicken.
- Cover with wax paper and cook on high for 15 min.
- Turn chicken over and baste with sauce.
- Recover with wax paper and cook on high an additional 15 min.
