Ingredients

  • 24oz pkg frozen corn cooked per directions
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter or 1 stick of butter (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup-1/2 cup jar of chopped jalapeno slices
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Prepare corn as instructed. Soften butter and cream cheese in microwave. Add milk, peppers and corn to butter and cream cheese, a dash of salt and pepper, then mix and pour into square casserole dish, making sure it's spread evenly. Top with crushed White Cheddar Cheez-Its (or Cheddar Pop Chips). Dot with bits of butter. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is nice and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
