Ingredients
- 1 well trimmed brisket
- 1 brown-n-bag
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Place brisket in brown-n-bag; set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Add in sauce to brisket.
- Seal bag.
- Punch 6 small holes in the top of the bag.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 6 to 8 hrs till tender.
