Ingredients
- 1 container (15 oz.) part skim Ricotta cheese
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 small bananas
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. fresh raspberries or strawberries
- 1 c. green grapes
- 1 1/2 c. raspberry low-fat yogurt
Method
- In small bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat Ricotta about 3 minutes or until fluffy.
- Blend in sugar and spices. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
