Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in casserole dish and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover top of casserole with Pepperidge Farm bread dressing.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
