Ingredients

  • 1 (17.3 oz.) Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (10.8 oz.) Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cut each biscuit into eighths.
  • Mix with jar of salsa.
  • Arrange in butter coated pan. Top with onion, green pepper, black olives and cheese. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes until brown. Cut into squares.
