Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar (powdered)
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 or 4 bananas
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 9 oz. pkg. Cool Whip (or larger)
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • strawberries

Method

  • Leave cream cheese and Cool Whip out for 2 hours.
  • Into a small rectangular baking dish, mix with 1/4 pound melted butter and graham cracker crumb mixture to make crust.
  • Blend together 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 large package of cream cheese.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Slice 3 or 4 bananas over cream cheese filling. Spread pineapple over bananas.
  • Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle walnuts and place strawberries on top and cool in refrigerator overnight.
