Ingredients
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. banana or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Put bananas in mixing bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, then beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 65 minutes.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired. Very moist cake.
