Ingredients
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 6 firm bananas, cut into 2-inch long pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can flaked coconut
Method
- Whip the cream until stiff. Add sour cream and sugar. Whip at low speed until just blended. Dip bananas into cream mixture; coat well. Roll in coconut. Serve on tray with chilled fruit. May be prepared several hours ahead.
