Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 c. butter or oleo, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Method

  • Puree bananas (1 cup).
  • Cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; beat dry ingredients into banana mixture.
  • Fold in peanut butter chips, nuts and raisins.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375° for 12 minutes until brown. Cool.
  • Makes 4 dozen.
