Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 6 c. water
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 7 (28 oz.) bottles 7-Up
- 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
- 5 bananas
Method
- Dissolve sugar in water.
- Add juices.
- Peel and mash bananas; put through food mill or blender.
- Stir into juices.
- Ladle into freezer containers and freeze.
- Before using, thaw in refrigerator about 4 hours.
- In punch bowl, mix with equal quantity of 7-Up. Makes 60 (6 ounce) servings.
