Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 boned chicken breast halves
- 2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Shake flour into large oven bag.
- Place in baking pan.
- Add lemon juice to bag.
- Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
- Remove skin from chicken.
- Place chicken in bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce.
