Ingredients
- 4 x Bananas
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Kirsch
Method
- Peel and cut bananas into slices 1/2-inch thick.
- Place in shallow dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Add in orange juice.
- Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Serve in sherbet glasses.
- Sprinkle with kirsch.
- Suggested Wine: Chilled Bordeaux Sauternes; sweet Semillon.
