Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter creamed
  • 7/8 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 5/8 cup dark chocolate powdered
  • 2/3 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt
  • 2 bananas ripe, mashed

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • Cream the butter with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs.
  • Stir together the flour, the baking powder, the chocolate, and salt and add it to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
  • Add the mashed bananas and stir well to combine.
  • Place the batter in mini loaf pans and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
