Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Reduce temperature to 325°.
  • In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with butter.
  • In a large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Place bananas on bottom of pastry shell. Pour chocolate mixture over bananas.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
  • Cool.
  • Garnish as desired.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
