Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches (save juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice

Method

  • Beat the first 7 ingredients 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan. Drain the peaches and save juice.
  • Lay peaches on top of batter. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes.
  • Spoon on top of peaches.
  • Leave a 1-inch margin. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
