Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches (save juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
Method
- Beat the first 7 ingredients 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan. Drain the peaches and save juice.
- Lay peaches on top of batter. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes.
- Spoon on top of peaches.
- Leave a 1-inch margin. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
