Ingredients

  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Melt Margerine in microwave.
  • In large bowl, Combine sugar,flour,baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slightly beat the eggs and add to dry mixture along with melted margerine.
  • Smash bananas.
  • Add bananas and milk to mixture.
  • Mix well with spatula.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake 45 min-1 hour for large loaf.
  • Bake 30-45 min for 3 small loaves.
