- 1 quart balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or splenda)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/2 quarts salad oil
Method
- Add all ingredients in food processor except oil. Blend while slowly drizzling oil into the processor.
