Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz. size) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained Well
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained Well
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced (about 1/3 Cup)
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 can Salsa Verde (7 Ounce Can)
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let the salsa marinate for a few hours (or overnight before serving).
- Drain most of the liquid from the salsa before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
