Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast halves
- 8 slices Swiss or American cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2/3 c. fine Pepperidge Farms dressing stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. butter
- hot rice
Method
- Arrange skinless, boneless chicken in shallow baking dish. Place sliced cheese on each piece of chicken.
- Stir soup and water together.
- Pour mix over chicken and cheese.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix over soup layer.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve over hot rice.
